EAST CHINA SEA (Sept. 20, 2021) Gunners Mate 3rd Class Mario Herrera, from Louisville, Ky., fires a shot line from Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Barry (DDG 52) to Henry J. Kaiser class fleet replenishment oiler USNS Tippecanoe (T-AO 199) during a replenishment-at-sea. Barry is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
