EAST CHINA SEA (Sept. 18, 2021) Conning Officer Ensign Cecori Squires, from Raleigh, N.C, orders a new course from the bridge wing aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Barry (DDG 52) during routine operations. Barry is assigned to Commander, Task Force (CTF) 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
