    U.S. Air Force Capt. Tuan Truong, First Air Force (Air Forces Northern) intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance strategy and plans officer, carries a ceremonial baton during the 33rd Annual POW/MIA Vigil Run at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, Sept. 16, 2021.
