Richard Hamilton of Marlboro, Vermont, and Clyde Cassidy of Calais, Vermont, talk before a POW/MIA Ceremony at the Vermont National Guard Library and Museum Sept. 17, 2021. Hamilton was captured by German forces after his plane was shot down in July 1944 and held at Stalag Luft IV.
