Lyons also participated in a leadership discussion with McConnell Scholars, students, and faculty members that was followed by an engagement with the U.S. Army’s Strategic Broadening Seminar (SBS) members. The McConnell Scholars Program is a leadership and scholarship program at the University of Louisville. The SBS program introduces junior and mid-career U.S. Army leaders to strategic planning concepts to prepare them to lead Army, U.S. military, and multinational teams.
