SINAI PENINSULA, Egypt - Maj. Gen. Michel M. Russell, Sr., commander of 1st Theater Sustainment Command, signs a guestbook upon his arrival to the headquarters of the Multinational Force and Observers during a visit with U.S. personnel assigned to Task Force Sinai at South Camp, South Sinai, Egypt September 15, 2021. Over the last year, Task Force Sinai has achieved an over 95 percent vaccination rate, which has increased readiness throughout the brigade’s area of operations.
