Special Tactics operators from the 24th Special Operations Wing perform a static line jump into the ocean in order to search for and rescue simulated civilian casualties swept to sea by a tsunami Sept. 6, 2021, during Ángel de los Andes Cooperación VII in Rionegro, Colombia. Ángel de los Andes is a Colombian-led Search & Rescue (SAR) exercise, while Cooperación VII is a multinational Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Response (HA/DR) exercise.
