Eberhart, the keynote speaker and former commander of NORAD and USNORTHCOM, at the 9/11 Commemoration Ceremony on Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Sept. 11, 2021. The NORAD and USNORTHCOM headquarters, known as the Eberhart-Findley Building, was named in honor of Gen.
