BATON ROUGE, La. -- (Left) Glynis Nordman, a nurse practitioner with Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center gives members of U.S. Air Force Task Force Baton Rouge a tour of a trauma bay in the hospital at Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Sept. 8, 2021. Nordman was credited for her teaching methods as well as her demanding but calming presence in the bay during life-or-death situations. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to the whole-of-government COVID response.
