Adam Zurn, an engineer and force fitness instructor with Task Force Koa Moana 21, I Marine Expeditionary Force, demonstrate the initial strength test he developed for the Palau Police Department during a subject matter expert exchange at the Palau Community College in Koror, Republic of Palau, Sept. 6, 2021. Subject Matter Expert Exchanges support development of partner-nation capabilities and improving readiness.
