NEW ORLEANS (Sept. 8, 2021) -- FEMA photographer Daniel Rojas interviews U.S. Army Col. Zachary Miller, commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) blue roof installations program throughout Louisiana as contractors for USACE perform the program's fist installation. The Blue Roof Program is available for free to homeowners affected by Hurricane Ida. To date, more than 44,000 homeowners have registered in Louisiana. FEMA photo by Keith Jones.
