Copeland, light tactical vehicle line squad leader, participates in her promotion ceremony, at The Basic School aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, Sept. 1, 2021. Copeland was promoted by the Honorable Carlos Del Toro, Secretary of the Navy.
