VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Petty Officer 1st Class Ryan Nowlin, a fire controlman with AEGIS Ashore Romania, provides feedback to Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) engineers on the My Navy Learning (MNL) interface during a usability study June 3, aboard NSWCDD Dam Neck Activity (DNA) in Virginia Beach, Virginia. MNL is a next-generation system that will encompass personalized training, education and professional development throughout a Sailor’s entire career. The Distributed Training Branch at NSWCDD DNA teamed up with NSWCDD’s Human Systems Integration Branch to conduct usability studies with more than 20 Sailors as part of the design and development phase of the MNL project.
