Capt. Jacob N. Browning, incoming commander for 1st Battalion “Ghost Riders,” 1st Aviation Regiment, 1st Combat Aviation Brigade, returns the guidon to the battalion noncommissioned officer in charge during a change of command ceremony at Storck Barracks, Germany, Aug 20, 2021. The Ghost Riders operate the AH-64 Apache attack helicopter while deployed for Atlantic Resolve. Rotational forces are deliberate and defensive in nature.
