William Eastham, outgoing commanding officer of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 3, delivers remarks during the squadron's change of command ceremony held on Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island in Coronado, California, Aug 12. During the ceremony, Eastham was relieved by Cmdr. Loren Jacobi as HSC-3's commanding officer.
