William Eastham, outgoing commanding officer of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 3, delivers remarks during the squadron's change of command ceremony held on Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island in Coronado, California, Aug 12. During the ceremony, Eastham was relieved by Cmdr. Loren Jacobi as HSC-3's commanding officer. HSC-3 is the Navy’s West Coast MH-60S fleet replacement squadron, responsible for training pilots and aircrewmen by providing the most capable warfighters to the fleet.
