The Army’s Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) held their Army Strategic Rapid Acquisition (AStRA) competition, inviting companies and academic institutions who wanted to share their best ideas for emerging military technology. The RCCTO, who partnered with Program Executive Officer Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S) and PEO Soldier, could begin contract awards as early as this month.
