Chief of naval operations, Adm. Mike Mullen, receives a tour of a Vietnamese marine police costal patrol craft. The marine police, similar to the U.S. Coast Guard, operate eight ships in the costal areas of Vietnam. Mullen is wrapping up a seven-day trip to Japan and Vietnam to visit with foreign leaders and Sailors stationed in the region.
