Wilson delivers remarks during a change of office ceremony at the U.S. Naval Academy in which Wilson became Commander, Naval Legal Service Command. During the ceremony, Vice Adm. John G. Hannink retired and was relieved by Vice Adm. Darse “Del” E. Crandall, who became the 45th Judge Advocate of the Navy. The Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps provides commanders, Sailors and Navy families with targeted legal solutions wherever and whenever required to enable effective naval and joint operations.
