Two military personnel in MARPAT camouflage uniforms are setting up what appears to be a tactical communications or antenna system on a rooftop. One service member is kneeling and working at the base of the tripod-mounted equipment while the other stands and adjusts the upper assembly. The setting appears to be an outdoor rooftop location in a tropical or subtropical environment.
