U.S. Navy Captain Jan Ketchum and Commander Jason Dutcher participate in the Navy Large Scale Exercise (NLSE) 21 at the 505th Combat Training Squadron on Hurlburt Field, Florida, July 28 - August 16, 2021. The 505th CTS is supporting NLSE 21 by replicating Air Operations Centers (AOC), helping the USN and USMC apply concepts such as Distributed Maritime Operations and Joint All-Domain Command and Control to ensure a ready and superior force in a high-end fight. The support provided by the 505th Communications Squadron allowed AOC replication cell controllers to push real time updates for air tasking orders and airspace control orders to theater representatives and ensures a valid common operating picture is in play.
