The Army's Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) is capable of establishing and conducting base life support and sustainment operations from setting the theater through the end of the mission.
In order to support Forager 21, LOGCAP used labor and subcontracted services from the local economy in order to establish two Life Support Areas. The two LSAs could accommodate a combined 2,700 Soldiers with 229 tents for sleeping, four tents for DFACs, and one tent for a tactical operation center. (U.S. Army photo by CPT Nicholas Zehr)
