An SH-60 Seahawk helicopter assigned to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron (HS) 14 approaches for a landing on the flight deck of the guided missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63) under way in the South China Sea, July 4, 2012. The helicopter was piloted by Rear Adm. John R. Haley, commander, Battle Force 7th Fleet, who came to visit the ship and speak with sailors while they conducted operations in the 7th Fleet's area of responsibility.
