Laux, an F/A-18 pilot with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 323, Marine Aircraft Group 11, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, talks with teachers visiting Marine Corps Air Station Miramar as part of the Educators’ Workshop on MCAS Miramar, San Diego California, Aug. 4, 2021. The workshop is a week-long Marine Corps Recruiting Command program designed to inform high school educators about the benefits and opportunities available during service in the Marine Corps, and allows attendees to return home and provide firsthand experience and knowledge to their students interested in military service.
