A military personnel member wearing tactical gear, a tan FAST helmet with 'ZAXBY'S' written on the band, and Oakley glasses is observing a U.S. Navy warship from a smaller vessel. The warship in the background appears to be a U.S. Navy Ticonderoga-class cruiser or Arleigh Burke-class destroyer moored at a port. The scene suggests a maritime security or port operations context.
