Army Reserve Spc. Noah Smock, an information technology specialist, or 25 Bravo, mans the computer and telecommunications Help Desk at 1st Theater Sustainment Command's operational command post, wearing his face mask and behind a plastic shield--all part of the 1st TSC-OCP's COVID-19 mitigation protocols.
