Esparza, the Texas Deputy Secretary of State, at a ceremony commemorating the 40-year anniversary of the Multinational Force Observers in Austin Aug. 3, 2021. After the signing of the Egypt-Israeli Peace Agreement, the Multinational Force Observers was created to supervise the implementation of the security provisions of treaty and employs best efforts to prevent any violation of its terms.
