Robert Whiteley, 1st Sgt. of Headquarters Company, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, flips a tire during the Brigade Troops Battalion’s ‘Operation Tour de Hell’ on Sept. 21 at Fort Wainwright, Alaska.
