Spc. Khamsing S. Vang, a soldier with the Liaison Monitoring Team, 1st Battalion, 118th Infantry Division, plays soccer with local children in Rogacica/Rogocice Saturday. Part of his mission as an LMT is to develop relationships with the people to get an understanding of the issues and concerns in those areas. The soldiers spend time getting to know the people and developing friendships with the children by participating in soccer games, visiting schools and hospitals, as well as established businesses in the area.
