Fran Firouzi, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District project manager for Formerly Used Defense Sites, talks with Opjit Ghuman, with Eco and Associates, about a site which may need to be cleaned of hazardous material just outside Kingman. The District is working on a plan to contact residents about a Time Critical Removal Action for the sites in the area which was used as a skeet range when the area was part of the Kingman Ground-to Ground Gunnery Range during World War II.
