Members of the Prince William County Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism listen to opening remarks during the ribbon cutting ceremony of the Warrior Challenge Course at Locust Shade Park, Triangle, Virginia, July 21, 2021. In attendance was U.S. Marine Corps Col. Michael L. Brooks, commanding officer, Marine Corps Base Quantico, as well as members of the community who supported the construction and planning of the project over the past year. The $500,000 fitness facility was funded partially by a $250,000 Department of Defense grant, which was matched by the county.
