U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Jonathan Vogel, 36th Operations Support Squadron commander, takes a look at the bull gear replacement for the Next Generation Weather Radar in Yigo, Guam, July 21, 2021. The bull gear is a primary component for rotating the Doppler radar antenna which is used to measure precipitation and wind.
