Cadet 3/c Emma Hupp, from Crestwood, Kentucky, and Cadet 3/c Lauren Oakes from Alpharetta, Georgia, make baggywrinkle aboard USCGC Eagle (WIX 327) in the Atlantic Ocean, June 29, 2021. Eagle is currently conducting summer cadet training in at-sea leadership and professional development, first visiting Portugal, then Iceland, followed by Bermuda.
