Soldiers and civilians ride motorcycles provided by the Basic Rider Course at Fort Bliss, Texas, Sept. 21. The BRC is necessary for anyone who wants to ride a motorcycle on base and for all soldiers who own motorcycles. Changes are being made to the motorcycle policy on Fort Bliss, but the BRC will remain a required class.
