An underwater scene showing a diver in a dark wetsuit performing what appears to be underwater welding or cutting, evidenced by a bright arc light visible on the left side of the frame. The water has a greenish-teal tint with limited visibility due to suspended particles and the intense light source. Bubbles are visible rising from the diver's equipment.
