A U.S. Coast Guard HC-130 Hercules crew from Elizabeth City, N.C., Air National Guard’s 164th Logistics Readiness Squadron, and members of U.S. Health and Human Services discuss logistics for delivering 500,000 doses of the COVID vaccine in Memphis on July 13, 2021.
