A welder at Letterkenny Army Depot utilizes a weld positioner to manipulate a piece of equipment into proper positioning in order to execute a weld. Modifications to the weld positioners at the depot were made as a result of an employee-driven innovation project that increased the efficiency of the positioners and improved working conditions for welders at the depot.
