Chief Warrant Officer 2 Raymond Cowden, a construction engineering technician with the Joint Multinational Readiness Center’s Troop Construction Program, talks with engineer Soldiers from third platoon, Argonaut Company, Regimental Engineer Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, during construction of a 100-meter trench at the Hohenfels Training Area, Hohenfels, Germany.
