Members of the Joint Multinational Readiness Center’s Troop Construction Program stand inside a 100-meter trench they both designed and supervised the construction for on Hohenfels Training Area, Germany, June 4, 2021. The members of the team are (from left): Sgt. 1st Class Chad Spencer, construction management section NCOIC, Sgt. 1st Class Aamira Bryant, the TCP NCOIC/Logistics Planner officer, Maj. Francisco Arocho, TCP officer in charge, Capt. Amauri Padilla, the team's operation officer, and Chief Warrant Officer 2 Raymond Cowden, the team's construction engineering technician. The five-person TCP team, consisting of subject matter experts in the engineering field tasked with maintaining and improving the HTA, teamed up with the 2d Cavalry Regiment's Regimental Engineer Squadron to build the trench, which will be utilized for a number of training events throughout the year, beginning with the European Best Sniper Competition Aug. 5-14 on HTA. The TCP team consists of Army Reserve Soldiers selected based upon their expertise in the construction field serving on Active Duty Operational Support tours to support the 7th Army Training Command mission.
