U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jermiah Gosselin and Tech. Sgt. Jeff Weaver, both members of the 165th Special Response Team, 165th Security Forces Squadron, coordinate security with the Phoenix Raven security forces members from the 816th Security Forces Squadron from Joint Base Andrews, Maryland who are the traveling security detail for the U.S. Air Force C-32 aircraft used to transport the First Lady, Jill Biden, July 8, 2021 to Savannah, Georgia. The Phoenix Raven teams help detect, deter and counter threats to Air Mobility Command aircraft by performing close-in aircraft security; advising aircrews on force protection measures; conducting airfield assessments and assisting aircrews in the performance of their duties when not performing their primary security duties.
