U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Scott Shrier, 39th Air Base Wing command chief, tours Arkadaş Market during Third Air Force interim command chief Senior Master Sgt. Michael Stevens’ visit to Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, July 30, 2021. After previously serving there in 2013, Stevens returned to Incirlik AB to attend the 39th Air Base Wing change of command ceremony, during which Col. Jason Gingrich replaced Col. John Creel as 39th ABW commander. While there, Stevens learned more about Turkish cuisine at Arkadaş Market, a grocery store popular among both American and Turkish service members.
