    Three U.S. Army soldiers in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are conducting a tactical exercise near a military HMMWV (Humvee).     189th Combined Arms Training Brigade

    Observer Coach Trainers assigned to 1-357th Brigade Support Battalion, 189th Infantry Brigade conducted a Vehicle Recovery training lane while Soldiers assigned to 79th Infantry Brigade Combat Team participated during the Exportable Combat Training Capability rotation 14 June, 2021 at Camp Roberts, CA.

    "The Vehicle Recovery Lane is designed to stress the unit's maintenance capabilities and the recovery teams in a tactical environment," explained Cpt. Jeffrey Kelley, an OC/T assigned to 1-357th Brigade Support Battalion, 189th Infantry Brigade.

    "The objective of this training is to ensure the unit knows how to conduct the three different types of recovery: self, like, and dedicated."
