Franks, 15th Air Force commander, center, is briefed on a new process, designed by Airmen from the 4th Component Maintenance Squadron, to test and repair part of the stabilizer actuators on F-15E Strike Eagles at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, June 23, 2021.
