Harold Le Dour, a satellite communications analyst with U.S. Army North, helps to troubleshoot one of the 5th Generation Cell on Light Truck (5G CoLT), during a week-long training event, June 21-25, 2021 held at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston.
