Members of the Norwegian Army Engineer dive team and members of Construction Dive Detachment Bravo (CDD/B), a detachment of Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 1, from Virginia Beach, VA, conduct a Level I pier inspection and survey operations simultaneously at the Olavsvern Port Complex in northern Norway.
