CAPE MAY, N.J. - Capt. Kathy Felger, the commanding officer of Training Center Cape May, promotes Capt. Scott Rae from commander to captain during a ceremony at Training Center Cape May, June 25, 2021.
During his time in the Coast Guard, Rae started his journey by completing bootcamp here in 1990 and worked his way through the organization by advancements and promotions through superior leadership to achieve this rare accomplishment of going from seaman recruit to captain.
