FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. – Maj. Gen David Isaacson, chief of staff, United States Cyber Command, was part of a group of the Soldiers and Airmen that participated in an event the “2021 Tribute to the Fallen” organizers called “Weight of the Fallen” whereby each service member carried a 20-pound sandbag around the parade field to express the weight all military members carry following the loss of their fallen comrades.
