Marines from the Naval Consolidated Brig Charleston carry the Prisoner Of War/Missing in Action flag during the POW/MIA Run Sept. 20, 2012, at Joint Base Charleston – Air Base, S.C. Different units from the joint base carried the flag for 30 minutes each from 3:30 p.m. Sept. 20 to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 21 in honor of all POWs and MIAs.
