A new building constructed by the 1132nd Engineering Detachment from the North Carolina Army National Guard on the day of a dedication ceremony. The ceremony celebrated the completion of additions to the primary school, which included a three-room dormitory, outdoor eating area, kitchen, fence, solar panels, latrine and three wells.
