    U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Daniel B. Fitzgerald, flight line mechanic with Marine Light Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 469, Marine Aircraft Group 39, 3D Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward) repairs a rotor on an UH-1Y Venom at Camp Bastion, Helmand province, Afghanistan Sept. 19, 2012. Fitzgerald repaired the rotor during routine maintenance of the aircraft, ensuring the squadron's aviation readiness.
