Among the artifacts from three decades of operation of now-closed Camp As Sayliyah-Main, Qatar, is this commemorative plaque which reads: Presented by General Henry H. Shelton, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on the occasion of his visit with the Service Members of ARCENT OA, February 1999.
